About Me

My Journey: Becoming a Coach
My greatest satisfaction in life is derived from helping people discover their untapped potential, empowering them to believe in themselves, and inspiring them to take meaningful action and control in creating their ideal future. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness my clients break through their obstacles, conquer their toughest challenges, and become their best selves.
My journey towards becoming a coach and mentor was not planned. While searching for my own meaning, I loved learning about performance psychology and positive psychology.
I hadn’t heard of “coaching” until my 20s, but I have always enjoyed motivating and building others towards success, happiness, and having a more resilient mind. Over the years, I explored various ways to serve others, from volunteering in non-profits to mentoring and leadership roles. Through these experiences, I learned the importance of feedback and the value of having mentors in one’s life.
My path to coaching truly solidified when I faced personal challenges and burnout. I realized that I couldn’t rely solely on achievement (my career) for happiness and fulfillment. This prompted me to delve into psychology and neuroscience to learn about the science of the mind and well-being. Through this process, I transformed myself, overcame my own limitations, and developed the resilience to help others do the same. This journey ultimately led me to begin coaching in 2017, and I now aspire to share my perspectives with the world, inspire people to reach their full potential, share knowledge from psychology that helps create meaningful and fulfilling lives, and help my diverse set of clients apply it towards their challenges and goals. I’ve also been a Mental Performance Coach and Head Coach in the competitive esports space since 2020, helping professional players achieve peak performance.
